Link Wix to easybill
As of 08/30/2021, orders can only be processed from a Wix Shop. Wix Bookings is currently not yet possible.
To connect Wix to easybill, click on easybill Connect (formerly Import Manager) in the menu.
In easybill Connect
- Click on Settings
- Click More Shops
In the shop overview, search for Wix and click on Set up to access the Wix settings.
Click on the link that will redirect you directly to the WIX App Market, where you will need to install the easybill app.
Click on the Add button.
Set a date from when orders should be retrieved. Also, choose whether you want us to import based on the order date or the change date (status). For example, if you have an unusually large number of days between the order date and the payment date, retrieving by the change date would make more sense.
Select a status that the order should have and specify whether the transmitted prices correspond to a gross price or a net price. Check this against your first imports.
If you want to adjust or view the settings after setup, you can do so via the Shop Overview by searching for Wix again and this time clicking on Settings. You can set Wix to inactive by clicking on Disable.
Your settings will remain saved even after deactivation. The shop will simply be set to inactive. Automatic import will continue to run if it is activated.
