Auf Sammeldebitoren zu buchen, macht Sinn wenn man Laufkundschaft hat oder sogenannte Einmalkunden. Im Onlinehandel z. B. ist es sinnvoller auf Sammeldebitoren zu buchen, da man hier mit einer großen Masse an Kunden zu rechnen hat und diese Kunden häufig nur einmal kaufen. 

Eine mögliche Unterscheidung wäre die Sammeldebitorenbuchung nach Verkaufskanal und eine andere, gern genutzte, je nach Zahlungsart. Manuell lässt sich das kaum bewerkstelligen, daher hat easybill und die DATEV Möglichkeiten geschaffen, die Zuordnung automatisieren zu können. 

 

Buchung auf Sammeldebitoren nach Verkaufskanal

Die Datenübertragung via DATEV-Datenservice Schnittstelle kann in easybill bis in das kleinste Detail konfiguriert werde. Je nach den Anforderungen oder den Wünschen der Steuerkanzlei. 

Damit die Umsätze auf unterschiedliche Sammeldebitoren übertragen werden können, muss das Format zunächst angepasst werden.

  1. Klicke auf Buchhaltung & Exporte
  2. Klicke auf Berichte → Export
  3. Klicke auf Ausgangsrechnungen
  4. Wähle das Programm DATEV XML-Schnittstelle online (Belegsätze)
  5. Klicke bei Formatkonfiguration auf Bearbeiten
    Solltest du noch kein eigenes Format angelegt haben auf Hinzufügen

Wenn du noch kein eigenes Format angelegt hast, so gib dem Format einen treffenden Namen und klicke, oben rechts, auf Formatkonfiguration speichern. Ansonsten überspringe diesen Punkt.

Du findest in dieser Konfiguration viele Möglichkeiten die Datenübertragung anzupassen und zu individualisieren. Um die Debitoren zu konfigurieren, scrollst du bis zu BpAccountNo runter.

  1. Aktiviere das Überschreiben des Standards über den Schiebe-Button. 
  2. Lösche den Inhalt
  3. Trage die Regel in das Feld ein:

Diese Regeln können nach belieben erweitert werden und auch noch einmal nach Zahlungsart unterteilt werden, wie man im folgenden Beispiel erkennen kann. 


Hier wird für die Verkäufe über Shopify noch einmal nach den verwendeten Zahlungsarten unterschieden.

So individuell wie Onlineshops sein können, so individuell können auch die Regel für die Datenübertragung erfasst werden.
