Amazon Business Warning for Deliveries Outside Business Hours

If you send a package to the business address of an Amazon Business customer and the labels are downloaded on a Thursday or Friday, easybill Connect (formerly Import Manager) will display a warning. This happens for shipping carriers that also deliver on weekends. The business hours of the Amazon Business customer are not taken into account here.

The following warning is displayed in such a case:

The shipping labels contain deliveries to business addresses and may be delivered outside business hours. Please consider sending the corresponding deliveries in such a way that they can be delivered during business hours to reduce the number of delivery attempts or to avoid damage to the goods.

Affected Shipping Carriers

The warning only applies to shipping carriers that perform weekend deliveries. These include DHL and Hermes.

Other shipping carriers (UPS, DPD, etc.) automatically deliver on the next working day.
