Individuelle Erlöskonten je EU-Mitgliedstaat für OSS-Sachverhalte im DATEV Format ASCII Version 7
Für Kunden, die sich zum One-Stop-Shop (OSS) registriert haben, ist spätestens seit dem 01.07.2021 die Verbuchung je Zielland (Land, in welches die Ware versendet wird) unumgänglich.
Seitens DATEV werden zwei unterschiedliche Vorgehensweisen empfohlen.
Damit Sie zukünftig Erlöskonten je Zielland definieren können, gibt es für das DATEV pro ASCII 7 Format eine sogenannte Formatkonfiguration.

Sollten Sie noch kein eigenes Format angelegt haben, vergeben Sie für die Formatkonfiguration einen Namen (1).
Sollten Sie das ASCII 7 Format noch nicht unterstützen, aktivieren Sie die Änderungsmöglichkeit für den Header (2). Wenn Sie hier die Einstellung abändern auf "Header ausblenden" kann dieses Format auch für das aktuelle pro ASCII Format genutzt werden.
Aktivieren Sie das Feld Konto (Spalte 7) (3) und überschreiben Sie den aktuellen Inhalt mit folgender Abfrage. Die einzelnen FiBu Konten je Land können nach Abstimmung mit Ihrem Steuerbüro frei definiert werden. Die hier angegebenen FiBu Konten gelten als Beispiel.

Folgende Abfrage empfehlen wir, wenn pro EU Land, inklusive CEE oder PAN EU auf ein eigenes Sachkonto gebucht werden soll. Laut DATEV müssen die Umsätze aus dem Lager des Landes des Firmensitzen und aus EU Lagern getrennt werden. Man kann natürlich auch je Versandland eine Trennung vornehmen.
Die Erlöskonten hinter jeder Regel können natürlich individuell vergeben werden.
